LED管狀燈是以LED為發光源的線狀燈飾，它的透光部分為直徑50毫米的PC透光圓管，LED發光經圓型內齒PC燈罩的多次折射，視角大，可視性佳，混光均勻，柔和無陰影。採用一次成型防腐蝕氧化處理的鋁合金型材作底托結構，鋁合金型材壁厚，全封閉的金屬支架結構提供完善的防水、防塵、防雷擊損坏性能。底托內置CE認証寬範圍開關穩壓電源（85V到250V），適應長距離燈管聯接及全球各地供電使用，恆壓恆流12V輸出驅動，確保LED長期工作的穩定性。電源線和數據信號線用特製防水性極佳的防水對插接頭，採用專業設備對燈管內部電路板作獨特的納米防護技術，兩端端蓋採用硅橡膠密封處理，防護等級可高達IP67，因此有著超強全天候適應環境能力。每根燈管（1000MM）的像素點數達48個，每個像素點由紅、綠、藍3個超高亮LED組成，LED可選擇平頭食人魚，草帽型，貼片SMD等封裝的LED，LED總數為144個，光色亮麗，飽和度高。可採用帶DMX512接口的全彩控制器對燈管進行單點全輝度控制，也可接全彩視頻控制器實時播放各種視頻節目。可以廣氾應用於橋梁、河道護欄，樓宇外牆等城市亮化景觀照明。

LED guardrail light is a tube lighting of LED light source. The transparent part to light is round PC tube of Diameter 50 mm. By several refractions of inner-toothed PC shell, LED emits soft, well-proportional light. Our LED guardrail light is characterized as wide and well viewing-angle without shadow. It adopts molding-once anti-eroding oxidation treatment aluminum alloy bracket structure. Full-close thick metal structure has the abilities of perfect waterproof, dustproof and anti-thunder strike. CE approved inner switch regular power of wide range (from 85V to 250V) guarantees the long connection of tubes and meets worldwide standard power supply. 12 V regular voltage input driving ensures stable long-term work of LED. Power cord and signal cord are of special waterproof end-to-end connectors. The PCB in the tube is treated with special nono protection technology. After using silicon rubber to seal the end cap, the protection grade could reach up to IP67. So it possesses the ability to completely suite for all weather. The pixels of each 1000mm long tube are 48 and each pixel consists of red, green and yellow ultra bright LED, where the available LEDs are flat super flux, cap and SMD. 144 pcs LEDs make tube bright and saturate. It could using DMX512 full color controller to control single dot in whole gray scale, and also using full color video controller to synchronous display various video program. It is widely used in brightening bridge, guardrail of river way, out wall of buildings.
