LED发光模组是采用大发光角度超高亮度LED食人鱼作发光光源,色彩艳丽,色泽纯正,混色均匀,没有光斑,有各种发光颜色客户可供选择。
模组工作电压低(12V),低功耗,避免因高压高功耗引起的一切隐患,符合国际安全节能标准。其外壳采用阻燃防静电绝缘材料,可防止PCB焊点与金属字槽壳的接触而产生短路,同时电路采用独特恒流电路设计及雷电吸收装置,模组间连接线采用软硅橡胶导线,在恶劣的户外恶劣环境下长时间使用,导线不会老化脆裂,同时导线内阻比较小,降低压降对LED发光亮度的影响。整个灯体采用全密封防水结构,独特防水处理工艺,电路板涂防潮胶并灌封导热系数高的阻燃环氧树脂,防止外界水汽对电路的腐蚀氧化,确保模组在户外环境下工作的稳定性,长寿命,不易损坏,安全耐用,具有超强适应环境能力,防护等级可达IP67,能适应室内、户外各种温差及湿差,环境应用范围达40℃~85℃,即使置于阴、风雪环境,也能正常发光。
采用小型模块设计,适合根据应用环境及灯箱字的形状进行安装,在制作复杂图案和小字符时可以根据实际图案或字符大小任意剪断和弯曲连接。安装使用简单快捷,是传统霓虹灯最佳替代品。可广泛应用发光立体字牌及建筑景观外观发光体;标志性地标建筑发光源;广告立体字、标志、标识、指示光源;公共场所作宣传指示警示光源。
注意事项:
1、LED模组的电源线是有极性的,白色线接电源的正极,灰色线接电源的负极。电源线穿孔处应加装防护套,避免划破线皮。LED模组的工作电压是12V,接入供电电源时确认一下电源的输出电压是否为12V。
2、每个回路中,最大串接的LED数量为30只,大于这个数量后应另起一路,每个回路串接LED数量应均匀,每个回路接线长度应一致。每个回路最后一个光源模块接线终端的线头应用防水胶布缠好,以免渗水老化。
3、要采用等距排列,可以在电脑上模拟模组的分布,初步预算所需模组的数量,然后根据预算数量与单个光源模组的额定功率,计算出总功率,并设计配电方案。
4、亚克力透光面板的透光性能和混色性能对模组的排布有重要影响,不同材料的透光率及散光率对亮度及均匀性将很大影响,请注意选择。在模组数量相同条件下,使用透光性和混色性好的面板可在其表面上获得较高的光照度。一般要求亚克力透光面板离LED模组的垂直高度应大于8cm、小于15cm,以避免在面板表面产生光斑现象或光暗现象。
5、 字槽宽度小于10cm,一般可以单侧安装,即可保证亮度,宽度在10到20cm之间,应在两侧安装光源模块,并尽量交错排布,若字槽宽度大于20cm,除了两侧安装发光模块外,需在字槽底部中间以10cm间跟加装光源模块。

Low working voltage (12V) and low power consumption avoid all risks led from high voltage and high power consumption. It applies the international standard of safety and energy saving. The pleunm anti-static insulated material housing prevents short circuit led by the contact of welding spot and the metal channel of word sign. At the same time, the circuit uses particular constant current design and lightning arrester. Silicon rubber leads between modules of anti-aging and anti-cracking guarantee the long-term work in bad environment of open area while the low resistance of lead reduces the affection to the emitting brightness of LED by voltage drop. The whole light body adopts hermetic structure and unique waterproof treatment technique. The circuit board is laid on damp proof glue and sealed with pleunm araldite of high coefficient heat conduct to prevent from the corrosion and oxidation of exoteric vapor and ensure the stability of working in open area, long life, tough, safety, and durable. LED module has strong ability to adapt various environments. The protection grade could acquire IP67 to apply to both indoor and outdoor use at 40℃~85℃ working temperature. It means it can work in rainy and storm weather.
Small module design is installed according to the applied environment and the shape of channel letter. When make a complex graphic and small letter, LED module is installed easily and swift for freely cutting and bending to adapt the size of real graphic and letter. It is the best substitute of traditional neon light. It is widely used as letter board light, emitting object of building landscape, light source of typically architecture, and advertising letter, sign, mark, source, and warning light source in public.
Note:
The power cords have polarity. White wire is anode and gray is cathode. The cord should be protected with a lag to avoid wire gashed when perforation. LED module works at 12V. You should make sure the output voltage is right before connected to power.
In a single closed circuit, the maximum connection is up to 30 sets. If exceeding, it should be connected in another circuit. It should have the LED module of same quantity and same length in each circuit. The wire of the last module in each circuit should be wrapped with waterproof adhesive tap for anti-aging.
It can be imitated the array of module and estimate the needed quantity of module in computer if it is equidistributed. Then according to the estimated quantity and rating power of single LED module, you could calculate the whole power consumption and design the electric allocation plan.
The transparency and the color mixing ability of PMMA faceplate affect the array of module. The brightness and evenness affected by the transparency and scattering intensity of different materials should be taken into account. For the same quantity of module, using well transparent and well-proportional faceplate can acquire high luminous intensity. Generally, PMMA faceplate should be 8-15cm away the module in vertical to avoid having facula or dark dot.
If the width of channel is small than 10cm, it generally adopts one side installation insuring the brightness. If the width is between 10cm to 20cm, it should be interlaced installed in two sides. If the width is more than 20cm, it should add modules every 10cm away in the middle of channel bottom beside the modules of two sides.
